How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept a variety of payments including Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

What if I want to order something that's not in-stock?

If an item you want is currently out of stock, don’t worry. You can reserve it in our next production run with a $100 deposit, paid at the time of order. The remaining balance will be due just before it ships. You’ll also have the option to sign up for restock alerts or reach out to our team for estimated timelines and personalized support.

Do you offer financing on purchases?

Yes, please choose between Klarna and AfterPay at checkout.

What does it mean if something is Special Order?

A Special Order item is made just for you. These pieces aren’t kept in regular stock and may require extra time to craft and deliver. Because they’re produced on demand, special orders are final sale. If you have questions about lead times or customization options, our team is always happy to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Rooof only ships products to addresses in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and to Puerto Rico. UPS is our exclusive shipping partner. Standard shipping for one Rooof bed is $80 USD; each additional bed is an additional $80 USD per product. After adding products to your cart and initiating the checkout process, shipping costs will be calculated.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials, where the beauty lies in the unique variations—such as irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations—that naturally occur. These characteristics are not defects and will not affect the performance of your item. That said, we want you to love your piece as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right or you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns within 30 days. Please email Orders@ShopRooof.com to initiate the return process.

Please note that all Special Order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do I have to disassemble the product for the return?

For products that required assembly, we do ask that you disassemble them in reverse order as you assembled, repack the item(s) in original packaging, including using all provided packing material, and securely seal the box before returning. Please remove any prior labels from the package.

How do I make sure furniture fits my space?

It is important that you always measure accurately before you place your order to ensure your Rooof bed will fit appropriately in your space. Refer to dimensions provided on each product’s information page or use our AR in-room viewer to simulate how the bed will look in a space (requires use of smartphone). The AR viewer is accessible from each product page.

What are the guidelines for sizing?

At Rooof, we use a neck-to-tail measurement of a dog’s body to determine our optimal sizing guidelines. Each Rooof bed has an ideal size range, and most models come in small and large sizes. Please refer to the sizing charts on each product’s individual pages, accessible by clicking “Don’t know what size to pick?” right beneath the product’s size offerings.

Is the information I give you secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

What browser do I need to shop?

If you are using older versions of your browser, you may experience technical difficulties while shopping or with online ordering. If you are experiencing problems with the site, download the current version of any of the following recommended browsers:

Click in the checkbox (small white square) next to “Accept cookies from sites”. A check indicates that this option is selected. Click “OK” to close the menu.

Internet Explorer 11 or higher: Click the “Tools” menu at the top of the browser. Select “Internet Options” from the drop down menu that appears. Click on the “Privacy” tab. Using the slider graphic, set it to “Medium”. Click “OK” to close the menu.

Safari 3.1 or higher: Click on the “Safari” menu at the top of the screen. Select “Preferences” from the drop down menu that appears. Click on the “Security” tab. You will see an area entitled “Accept Cookies”. Click in the checkbox (small white circle) next to “Always”. Click “OK” to close the menu.
