At Rooof, our goal is to ensure your experience is enjoyable and seamless from the moment you place your order until it arrives in your home. Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous US. Join our mailing list for updates as we expand internationally.

We try to process orders very quickly, but please email us at help@shoprooof.com and we’ll do our best to have the address updated before it is sent out.

Standard – 3-14 business days
Expedited – ships via UPS 2nd Day Air®
Express – ships via UPS Next Day Air®

All orders require a signature upon receipt by an individual at least 18 years of age

Please note: Orders received after noon EST or placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Our order processing will vary based on company-observed holidays, demand and product availability. We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Package Carrier Deliveries will be delivered according to the delivery method selected – Standard, Expedited or Express.
